“Standing up, Paul motioned with his hand and said: “Fellow Israelites and you Gentiles who worship God, listen to me!” (Acts 13:16)

     While preaching in Pisidian Antioch, Paul urged the people to listen to him as he told the story regarding the history of our faith, how people endured through various times of trouble, and of how faith in Jesus as Lord makes the big difference in our lives. “Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.” (Acts 13:38)

     This is a simple but very real approach to having a lasting faith.  When we put our faith in the Lord, all is well, and we can find rest for our souls.

Prayer: Dear Lord, your faithfulness continues through all generations.  We pray that your message will continue to spread and have a lasting effect on the multitudes.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.
