“Everything that the Father gives me will come to me, and anyone who comes to me I will never drive away.” (John 6:37)

     There comes a time when we know that we need help; we can’t go it alone.  When the goodness of God is revealed to us, and we become aware of his grace, mercy, and forgiveness, we see someone who can help us rise above our troubles because he understands us.

     “Come to me, all you who are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28) Our compassionate God knows the high amount of stress that can build up, and he is willing to take you into his fold and help you find the much-needed rest and peace within.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for helping me to know that you welcome all who call on your name.  I want the world to know that you are a God of love and that you want all of us to experience that love.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.
